We ship worldwide from the Netherlands & Spain, although the local laws and regulations regarding the import/distribution of our products differ from country to country. Consequently, we have certain restrictions in place. It is therefore a requirement that all customers check the legal status of their chosen products before placing any order with us. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more details. Currently all products ship from the Netherlands apart from C-Liquids that ship from Spain.

Shipping Schedule (Netherlands & Spain):
All payments received before 11.30am CET will ship the same day, orders received after 11.30am CET will be shipped the next business day. Shipments are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
DO NOT CONTACT US TO CHASE YOUR ORDER UNTIL AFTER 20 BUSINESS DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE.
We use Correos in Spain or PostNL from the Netherlands. It can take up to 20 business days for some orders to arrive and the tracking (if paid for) to work.
After 20 business days if you have not received your order, contact us with your order number.
Estimated Delivery Times:
– Europe: Between 5 & 10 business days.
– Rest of the world: 10 & 20 business days.

Returns & Replacements:
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange it or offer store credit. Due to the nature of the business, once your order has left our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return, so please bear in mind that all sales are FINAL. You have from the time of purchase to when the order reaches awaiting shipping to cancel or amend your order. A 10% surcharge or $14.59 whichever is greater will apply to any cancellation.
When making a purchase on our site the transaction/payments might be international. As some credit and debit cards are set up for domestic use only, this may result in the payment being failed/cancelled. To rectify this issue, you can call your card issuer or bank and authorise the payment or they may call you. Your may need to order again but your transaction should then be accepted.
Tracking your order:
You can log in to your account at any time, view your order status, and get the relevant tracking information. You will also receive an email, once your package is shipped, detailing the tracking info (if optional). If you need any assistance feel free to contact us. If you don’t receive an email following the order process, please check your Junk Mail folder.
If by any chance, your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, you’ll qualify for a free reship. All reships are sent by standard mail with no tracking.. However, if the product has been confiscated by customs, due to you not checking the legalities correctly, you will not qualify for any reimbursement, and you will be banned from using our services for life. Please note that we DO NOT offer a reship service to several high risk countries. This is due to the higher proportion of customs confiscations, you order from these countries at your own risk.
Due to chargebacks some customers may need to complete a 1 time security check if paying for a 1st order over $121.59. A copy of of the card you used to make payment (Front ONLY). If you wish you may cover part of your card but we must be able to see any 4 numbers of the long card number. Once done we will never ask for it again. Your details are never shared or saved.
High Risk Countries:
Due to increased amounts of orders being lost in transit to a small amount of countries we have created a list of countries where customers buy at their own risk and no compensation or reship will be offered under any circumstances. All orders shipped to high risk countries must be paid by Bitcoin, no other payment option is offered.

- Its simple and fast, you do not need to do anything its fully automatic. Please note we charge in $ but some of our billing providers bill us in USD, so expect small price differences. PLEASE NOTE. Other than Bitcoin, universal chem shop manually processes all payments on a order by order basis. This is not the fastest way to work but is safe and for our security. We will provide payments details ASAP for all orders, big or small..

Bank Transfers ($2.43 FEE):
- All orders from Europe can be paid for via bank transfer with a small $2.43 fee. If you are a new customers, please choose an alternative option.
- If you wish to cancel any order placed you must do this yourself via your account (Red X), or notify us before your order reaches the status: Awaiting Shipping.. An administration cancellation fee of 10% apply. If you wish to receive a store credit that can be spent at a later date then no fee will be deducted.
